Associate – Property and Commercial

You will be involved in providing advice on a comprehensive range of areas including land and business sales and acquisitions, off-the-plan and large-scale property development, commercial and retail leasing and hospitality and licensing.

With between 3-8 years post-admission experience, you will be commercially astute, motivated and thrive in a fast-paced role. Your innovative and solution-focused approach, together with outstanding attention to detail, drafting and teamwork will contribute to your success.

Practical Legal Training (PLT)

Eckermann Lawyers is currently looking for a trainee to undertake their Practical Legal Training (PLT) placement starting October 2019.

We are a dynamic Adelaide-based boutique law firm with the passion and drive to deliver superior levels of legal advice and personalised service to our diverse client base, with a focus on property, commercial and hospitality and licensing.

Our PLT program aim is to provide you with well-rounded experience under the guidance of experienced lawyers. During your placement, your tasks may include legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts and meeting and communicating with clients.

We are flexible on the start and duration of your placement and will arrange the specifics of the placement directly with you.

Applications will be assessed on relevant skills and experience as well as a demonstrated interest in property, commercial and hospitality and licensing practice areas.
